This program is specifically for those who are looking for visible and drastic Changes in their physique within a shorter span of time. 12 weeks of intense coaching and following a strict diet is the key. This kind of journey needs dedication, hard work, consistency and persistance. Cancellation Policy
ACTIVE ONE sessions are scheduled in advance and are a time reserved exclusively for our members. When a session is cancelled without adequate notice, we are unable to fill this time slot by offering it to somebody else in need. Because of this the full session fee will be charged when you miss or cancel an appointment without giving at least 6 hours advance notice. For cancellations made more than 6 hours prior to the session, the fee paid can be used for a future appointment. *CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY FOR SINGLE SESSIONS* Appointments/sessions/classes are charged at the point of purchase. If you cancel a session we do not offer a refund. If the cancellation is within 6 hours of booking, your credit will remain on your account or you can reschedule your session date/time. If it is less than 6 hours the full fee is charged for the session. *FOR SESSION BUNDLES* For bundles of sessions, amendment of your next appointment can be made up to 8 hours before. It should be noted that in bundle sessions, our appointment system not only books the coach/nutritionist for the next session but also blocks his/her availability for all the upcoming sessions with you. Therefore, we urge you not to cancel or amend your session bundles unless you absolutely need to. The same non refund policy applies to bundles. *LATE ARRIVAL / MISSED SESSIONS* Services delivered face-to-face/Online will be delivered at the time and place we have agreed. If you are late to your session by any amount of time, it will still finish at the prearranged time and this time is not refundable. *EMERGENCIES* Very occasionally, emergencies may make it impossible for us or for you to deliver/ attend a session as agreed. Normally we would have advised you in advance if this is likely, but in any event we would let you know as soon as possible if a session needs to be cancelled. If we cancel a session, an alternative time will be offered where possible. If you happen to cancel on account of an emergency, providing a proof, we can surely reschedule your session/ appointment/ class at a convenient time. *SESSION BUNDLE MEDICAL EMERGENCIES* In case you have purchased one of our Session Bundles and are unable to complete it within the valid period of time due to a medical emergency, providing us with a document will get you an extension over the bundle for a specific period of time requirement.
