Who is this program for?

This program is suited to anyone over the age of 18 

 

Will I lose weight?

The focus of the Program is to become fitter, increase endurance and strength. We believe that Losing weight/ Gaining muscle is a by product of focusing on fitness goals. If you eat clean and push hard on the workouts, then you will see results, but that's not the aim for the challenge.

 

 

Is this suitable for someone with PCOS/Thyroid/Metabolic Conditions?

We strongly recommend to consult with your doctor and seek medical advice for such conditions. You can surely join our program for the training once your DOCTOR approves the same.

1. Not all exercises are suitable for everyone and this or any other exercise program may result in injury.   • TERMS & CONDITIONS

    TERMS & CONDITIONS:- 

     

    1. No refunds will be made after the registration.

    2. A Par-Q and Health Screen must be completed prior to taking part in any sessions or classes.

    3. When purchasing any packages for classes you agree that you have no medical conditions that may affect your ability to train.

    4. If your health changes at any time during your time with Active One you must provide information of the details in writing.

    5. Active One will sometimes take photographs/video footage for marketing purposes; if you have objection to this please inform the coach at the time.

    6. Please be ready with equipment and in proper workout gear 5 mins before the class starts to respect everyones time.

    7. We believe a good warmup leads to a good workout. For your safety, class admissions will close 7 mins after the class starts.
